Akatora

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They are used to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and ensure the platform functions correctly.

What Cookies We Use

Akatora uses only essential cookies necessary for the platform to function. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

Essential cookies set by Akatora and Supabase (our backend provider):

  • Authentication session cookie — keeps you logged in during your session and across visits. Without this cookie, you would be logged out every time you close your browser.
  • Supabase Auth tokens — stored in your browser’s local storage to maintain your authenticated session securely.

Third-Party Cookies

If you sign in using Google OAuth or Discord OAuth, those providers may set their own cookies on their login pages. These are governed by Google’s and Discord’s own cookie and privacy policies respectively. Akatora does not control these cookies.

We Do Not Use

  • Analytics or tracking cookies (no Google Analytics or similar)
  • Advertising or retargeting cookies
  • Social media tracking pixels

Managing Cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in to Akatora.

Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, delete existing cookies, or be notified when new cookies are set. Refer to your browser’s help documentation for instructions.

Changes

We may update this Cookie Notice as the platform evolves. The date at the bottom of this page reflects the most recent version.
