Akatora is a community platform designed to help young adults across Europe connect through shared interests, local events, and real-world activities. It is an independent project operated by Akato Studio, based in Slovenia.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Akatora. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to belong to minors.

You retain ownership of the content you post on Akatora (posts, messages, images, etc.). By posting content, you grant Akato Studio a limited, non-exclusive licence to display and transmit that content as necessary to operate the platform.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not endorse or verify user-generated content.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or that we deem harmful to the community.
Akatora uses city-level location data to provide relevant suggestions and connect you with nearby activity. By providing your location, you consent to its use for these features. You can set your location to private at any time in your profile settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Moderation decisions are made in good faith. If you believe a decision was made in error, you may contact us to appeal.
Akatora is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access to the platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.
Akatora is currently in soft launch — you may encounter bugs or incomplete features. We appreciate your patience as we improve the platform.
The Akatora name, logo, design, and all original content created by Akato Studio are the property of Akato Studio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without permission.
Community-generated content (posts, group names, etc.) remains the property of the respective users who created it.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Akato Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Akatora, including but not limited to loss of data, disputes between users, or harm resulting from user-generated content.
You use Akatora at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Slovenian courts.
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of Akatora after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notification.
